Ingredients- 

2 cup milk 
2 + 1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp active yeast 
4 cup all purpose flour/maida
1/2 tbsp salt
6 tbsp melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
oil for frying


How to make- 


  • grease a bowl with oil and set it aside.In another bowl add 1 cup milk , 1/4 cup sugar ,stir untill dissolved and sprikle over yeast and let sit for about 8 minute.
  • In a bowl whisk flour , salt . take another bowl and whisk reamaining suagr , buter ,eggs and vanilla extract.Pour in yeast mixture,mix to combine , then add in dry ingredients untill dough forms. 
  • form into a tight ball then place dough in oiled bowl and cover with a towel.let dough rise for about 1 hour.

Donuts Recipe


  • make a bowl and roll it with roller (thick) and cut it with a donut cutter and repeat the same for all the dough .
  • take other bowl whisk milk , powdered sugar and vanilla extract aside.
  • heat a pan and add oil .let it heat for 5 minutes.and now fry the dinuts untill they trun brown at low flame.
  • now dip the donuts into the mixture of cream made and serve it .

Tips-

  • you can use chocolate , vanilla or any flavour as per your choice for diping the donuts.
  • you can also use powdered sugar for decorating the donuts.

  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 cup All-purpose Flour/maida
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • Eggs
  • 1/2 cup powdered Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Butter, melted

  • FOR THE CREAM FILLING:

  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • FOR THE CHOCOLATE GANACHE:

  • 40 gm Chocolate Chips 
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Milk

How to make-

Swiss roll cake recipe
    • To make the chocolate cake preheat the oven at 425F.Take a bowl and add the coca powder , flour and salt.
    • take other bowl aadd the eggss and sugar in bowl , then place over the container of boiling water. now beat the eggs and sugarr together over medium speed for about 2 minutes.
    • Remove the egg bowl from the heat and continue beating at medium speed for 3 more minutes. Mix in the melted butter.
    • add the dry ingredients to mixture and fold it into the eggs with a spoon. spread the batter onto the baking dishand . bake the cake for 5-6 minutes.
    • flip the cake onto the butter paper then remove the parchment that the cake baked on. gently roll the cake up into a log and roll easier again later.
    • To make the filling , combine the cream , sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl and whip with a hand mixer for about 5 minutes on medium speed.
    • unroll the cooked cake, then spread the cream roll over ,leave some border around all edges.roll the cake gently.
    • To make the chocolate , microwave the cream and chocolate in a bowl in 30-40 seconds , untill combined. add the tbsp of milk and pour the chocolate evenly over the cake.
    • Now refrigrate for 20 mintues and now slice the caake and serve it .

    Tips-

    • use dark chocolate for better taste.
    • use unsalted butter and full cream milk for better consistency.

    Ingredients-

    For Pizza sauce -

    ¼ cup tomato sauce 
    1 tsp chilli sauce 
    ½ tsp chilli flakes 
    ½ tsp mixed herbs

    Other Ingredients-

    4 slice bread
    1/2 cup capsicum chopped
    1/2 cup tomato chopped
    1 cup onion chopped
    1/2 cup sweet corn 
    1/2 cup olives chopped 
    1/2 cup jalapeno chopped
    1 cup mozzarella cheese  grated
    4 tbsp chilli flakes 
    4 tbsp mixed herbs
    butter 

    How to make -

    1. take a bowl and add  ¼ cup tomato sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, ½ tsp chilli flakes and ½ tsp mixed herbs. and  mix well. Now pizza sauce is ready. keep aside. 

    2. take a bread slice and spread 2 tsp of prepared pizza sauce.top with few capsicum, tomato, onion, sweet corn, olives and jalapeno.
    3. also spread some mozzarella cheese at last at the top of slice.and finally toast it .

    Moong Dal Halwa Recipe -

    Moong daal halwa

    Ingredients -

    400 gm condensed milk 
    1 cup ghee
    3 cup milk 
    1 cup Moong dhuli 
    1/2 tbsp Elaichi / cardamom powder
    dry fruits (chopped)

    How to make -

    Moong daal halwa
    • clean and soak moong dal for 30 minutes, drain and grind to a paste. Heat Ghee in a kadai and fry the dal till it turns golden brown, stirring constantly.
       
    • Add Milk and cook on low flame, stirring continuously, till milk dries up. Add Condensed Milk and cook, stirring continuously, till the Halwa leaves the sides of pan  aand desired consistency is reached.
       
    • Sprinkle cardamom powder, mix well. Transfer to a bowl. Garnish with dry fruits/nuts.

    Tips-


    • Use full cream milk for for better consistency .
    • You can also use silver vark/ silver paper for decoration .

    for jalebi batter -

    1/2 cup maida / all purpose flour 
    1 tbsp corn flour 
    1/4 tbsp baking soda 
    1/2  tbsp vinegar 
    1 tbsp dahi /yougart 
    5 tbsp water 
    1/8 tbsp turmeric powder

     for sugar syrup -

    1/4 cup water
    1 cup sugar
    1.4 tbsp saffrom strands 
    1/4 tbsp cardamom powder 

    other ingredients -

    1 tbsp ghee
    oil for frying

    How to make -

    • in a bowl, mix maida, corn flour, curd , half tsp vinegar and water. mix it well for few minutes .
    • now add baking soda and mix.
    • pour this batter in the tomato ketchup bottles or any icing cone .
    • heat oil in a pan and add 1 tbsp of ghee. now start making jalebi .

    Instant jalebi 

    • when one side is partly cooked, turn over and fry the other side .fry till the jalebis are a light golden.
    • then immediately drop the fried jalebis in the warm sugar syrup for 30 seconds.
    • sugar syrup consistensy should be between 1-1.5 strings .
    • finally, serve jalebis hot, warm or at room temperature.

    Tips -


    • Use cardamon powder for sweety smell .
    • Use desi ghee for better taste .

    Ingredients -


    • 3 ltitres milk 
    • 1 cup sugar 
    • 2 tbsp water
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1/4 tbsp cardamon powder 
    • dry fruits 

    How to make - 

    1. take a pan heat milk on medium flame and keep stirring occasionally. boil the milk and reduce it to half. 
    2. also keep stirring in between till the milk reduces and thickens completely.  now in a cup take 2 tbsp of water and 2 tsp of lemon juice. mix well. 
    3. pour the diluted lemon water onto the milk keeping on low flame.furthermore, simmer for 2 minutes without stirring. 8. stir and allow the milk to curdle. 
    4. now add 1 cup of sugar. stir continuously and dissolve the sugar well.  keeping the flame on low.

    Milk cake methai 

    5. milk thickens and turns slightly golden brown.  also the milk mixture starts to separate pan. 14. now add cardamom powder and mix well. 
    5. transfer the milk mixture to greased steel vessel. allow to cool in 12 hours or till they cool completely. 
    6. once it is cooled completely, separate the sides with the knife. reverse and unmould the cake.
    7. finally, cut the milk cake kalakand into pieces and garnish with chopped nuts.

    Tips-


    • Use full cream milk for better consistency .
    • Use almonds , pista and silver paper/ silver vark for decorating the milk cake.

    Ingredients - 

    2 cup keema (minced chicken)
    1 tbsp vinegar
    2 tbsp fenugreek leaves, chopped
    1/2 tbsp garlic paste
    1/2 tbsp ginger paste
    1 1/2 tbsp salt
    1/4 tbsp garam masala
    2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
    1 tbsp green chillies, finely chopped
    Skewers to make the kebabs
    Oil 
    chaat masala
    lemon 

    How to make -

    • 1. In a large bowl, mix lamb mince with few Tbsp of vinegar, fenugreek leaves.
    •         2. Then add garlic paste, ginger paste, salt and black pepper as per taste.
    • 3.Add chopped coriander leaves and green chillies.
    • 4.Refrigerate the meat mixture, covered, to marinate for at least 5 hours.
    • 5. About 25 minutes before serving, shape the meat mixture into long 'tubes' around the skewers (seekhs) and place on to a grill over a drip tray or into the pre-heated oven (also on a drip tray) and bake for 20-25 minutes.

    • 6.Brush them with oil and cook for another 2 minutes.

    • 7.Using oven mittens or a cloth, carefully push the kebab from one end, on to a serving dish.

    • 8. Garnish with the chaat masala, onions, lemons and serve along with green chutney.

    TIps- 



    • Serve it with homemade chutney .

    Tornado potatoes also called twist potatoes or tornado fries, are a popular street food in south korea ,originally developed by Jeong Eun Suk of Agricultural Hoeori Inc. It is a deep fried spiral-cut whole potato on a skewer, brushed with various seasonings such as onion, cheese, or honey. Some varieties have spliced sausages in between.

    Ingredients -


    • 2 medium potatoes
    • ¼ cup butter (melted)
    • 1 cup cheese (grated) ( some for serving also)
    • ½ tsp black pepper
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • salt to taste 
    • parsley (chopped)

    Potato tornado
    • How to make - 
    • 1. Preheat the oven to 325ºF (160ºC).
    • 2. Microwave the potatoes for 1-1 ½ minutes, then leave in the microwave for a few minutes to cool down and soften. Insert a wooden skewer into the bottom of each potato and gently push it all the way through the top. cutting all the way down to the skewer. Even spiral all the way down the potato.
    • 3. Gently fan out each potato down the length of the skewer, until you have even gaps between the slices. Brush the melted butter all over the potatoes.
    • 4.In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Place each skewered potato over the bowl and sprinkle half of the spice mixture over each potato until they are entirely coated. 
    • 5.Carefully set the potatoes on a baking pan, letting the skewers rest on sides of the pan so that the potatoes are suspended.
    • 6.Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until nicely browned. Garnish with additional Parmesan and parsley. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
    • 7. Serve it.

    Tips -


    • Serve it with ketchup or sause. You can also use chat masala for flavouring.

    • 25 Gram Cashew nuts
    • 25 Gram Almond
    • 25 Gram Raisins
    • 600 Ml Milk
    • 3 Tbsp Sugar
    • 5 Green cardamom cloves
    • A pinch of Saffron

    How To make - 

    1.
    1. In a pan, fry butter and sewai together.
    2. Add cashew nuts, almonds and raisins into it. Fry them together.
    3. In a different pan, boil milk, sugar and smashed green cardamoms.
    4. Add the fried sewai mix into the milk pan. Combine ingredients together and add saffron.
    5. Add a little extra milk to loosen the dish, towards the end.
    6. Serve it hot .

    Banana chips originated in India are dried , generally crispy slices of bananas(fruits of plants of soft dessert) . They can be covered with sugar or honey and have a sweet taste , or are more commonly fried in oil and spices and have a salty or spicy taste.

    Banana chips are similar to chifle , usually made from firmer , starchier fruit varieties of the genus Musa commercially called plantains or cooking "bananas ".

    Ingredients -



    •  2 large raw banana
    •  1 tsp salt
    • ½ tsp turmeric
    • 4 cup water
    • coconut oil for frying

    How to make - 

    step 1 - peel the skin of raw banana
    step 2 - peel off the skin completely. grease the hand with oil .   
    step 3 -  now slice to medium thickness.
    step 4 - transfer to a  bowl and add 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp turmeric. 
    step 5 - pour 4 cup water and give a good stir. adding turmeric helps to give a bright yellow colour to chips. 
    step 6 - drain off the water completely. 
    step 7 - now deep fry in hot coconut oil. make sure to spread and drop into the oil to avoid sticking from each other. 
    step 8 - stir occasionally, and fry on medium flame. 
    step 9 - fry for 10-12 minutes or until it turns crisp yet not turn golden brown. 

    Banana Chips

    step 10 - drain off over kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
    step 11 - enjoy banana chips or store in an airtight container for a month.

    Tips -


    • Keep the thickness medium not too thick nor too thin otherwise it will not be cooked well.
    • Do not use excess amount of turmeric.
    • Prefer to use raw banana.

    Ingredients - 

    ·        ½ cup maida / all purpose flour
    ·        ¼ cup cocoa powder 
    ·        ¼ tsp of salt
    ·        ½ cup powdered sugar 
    ·        ¼ tsp baking soda
    ·        1 tsp vanilla essence
    ·        ½ tsp baking powder
    ·        12 chocolate pieces
    ·        ¼ cup refined oil / butter
    ·        ¾ cup milk
    ·        4 small paper cups 

    How to make - 

    step 1-  Mix  ½ cup maida ,  ¼ cup cocoa powder, ½ cup powdered sugar, ¼  tsp baking soda, ½ tsp baking powder ,pinch of salt ,1 tsp vanilla extract and ¼ cup oil / butter.

    step 2- add half cup milk and combine with the help of whisk.gradually add more milk until batter is well combined and smooth.


    step 3- make sure to get flowing consistency cake grease the paper cups  or aluminium moulds with butter and dust with cocoa powder. 

    step 4- pour the batter to ¾ of the the prepared moulds.also place in 3 chocolate pieces in centre of each cup.
    Lava cake 


    step 5-  with the help of spoon, gently push the chocolate pieces inside and cover with batter. preheat and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degree celsius or 350 degree fahrenheit.

    step 6- If u don’t have oven then preheat a cooker or covered pan with some salt in bottom  for 10-15 min , remove the whistle .then bake  the cake for 15-20 min at medium flame.  
    step 7- allow it to cool for about 5 minutes before removing.  now scrape the sides with a knife and invert onto plate, pat gently. Serve it .

    Tips - 


    • Add pinch of fruit salt to make it more fluffy.
    • Avoid lumbs in batter , to make cake the smooth and perfect. 
    • you can also use vanilla essence for more fragnane .

    Pancakes Recipe-

    A pancake or hotcake or griddlecake or flapjack is a flat cake , often thin and round , prepared from a starch-based batter that may contain eggs , milk and butter and cooked on a hot surface such as a frying pan or griddle , often frying with oil or butter. Archaeological evidence suggests that pancakes were probably the earliest and most widespread cereal food eaten in prehistoric societies . The pancake's shape and structure varies worldwide.

    Ingredients - 

    Pancakes
    •        1 cup milk
    •         1 egg
    •         2 tsp vegetable oil
    •         1 cup all-purpose flour
    •         2 tsp powdered sugar
    •         1 tsp baking powder
    •         1/4 tsp salt
    •          Powdered sugar (decoration)

    How to make-

    step 1- Place the milk , egg and oil in a container . then add the flour, sugar , baking powder and salt.

    step 2-  seal the container and shake it vigorously for at least 2 minutes.

    step 3- Set the batter side for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat a large pan or non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

    step 4- Add 1 tsp of oil to the pan. Add 2 tsp portions of the batter to the pan, cooking 3-4 at a time as per your conveince and size of  pan.

    step 5- Cook on the first side until bubbles appear on the surface, the edges begin to look dry , and rest middle portion is golden - brown for about 2-3 minutes.

    Pancakes recipe


    step 6-  Flip the pancakes. cook until the second sides are golden-brown, for about 4-5 minutes more. 

    step 7- Transfer to a warm plate. similarly cook more pancakes.

    step 8- decorate it as per your choice. 


    tips -


    • you can use powdered sugar and chopped fruits  for decorating it.
    • you can also use tuti-fruiti  jellies , nuts and chocholate syrup for deocration .
    • you can refrigerate the pancakes in an airtight container for upto 5 dyas - upto 2 months .
