get in a summer state of mind with the mermaid lemonade cocktail . this refreshing drink easily become a summer favorite and a great drink to enjoy poolside or as beach side or at mermaid theme parties . you only require few basic ingredients for making this drink ,some of which might be easily available at your home and some you need to buy from general store so you can easily prepare this drink and enjoy it this summer .

Ingredients- 

water
1 bottle lemonade
1 bottle pineapple juice
1/2 bottle blue hawaiian punch
4-5 tbsp of lemon juice
ice cubes
lemon slice 
straws 


How to make- 

  • take a container and add pre-prepared lemonade , pineapple juice , lemon juice and mix well .
  • add some water and sugar if needed as per ur taste .
  • at last add hawaiian punch (polar blast flavor ) ,stir well all the ingredients 
  • now garnish with lemon slice , straws and mini umbrellas as per availability and your choice . 


Tips- 

  • you can use homemade lemonade or get it from the general store . for making it at home try the lemonade recipe of my previous blog.
  • you can also use any fruit juice if pineapple juice is not available but please try to avoid citrus fruit juice .
  • you can adjust sugar and water as per your needs and consistency choice .

Healthy homemade fruit popsicles recipe is as easy as making a lemonade . it is a healthy , refreshing snack which you can enjoy with family , friends , collegues and siblings . children are fond of this super tasty and yummy homemade popsicle . In my family everyone is fond of this popsicle my hubby and i love to eat it , i would recommend you to try at least once . then you won't be able to  resist yourself from making and eating it again and again . here today i will provide you the simplest and easiest recipe you could have ever come across , so please guys just try it once and follow my recipe properly for the best taste  and consistency .

you only need 4-5 basic ingredients available at your home for making this yummy popsicle . the ingredients like fruits , sugar , ice-cream molds and flavored water . if you don't have any of the ingredient then here is the substitute of everything . 

Fruit Popsicle


Like if you don't have many fruits then you can also make the popsicle by using 1 -2 or types of fruits only and if you have many types of fruits then you can use many as per you choice . now guys sorry i don't have any substitute for sugar , you have to make it available any how , this is mandatory for popsicles , if you don;t wish to add sugar then you can skip it . now if you don't have ice-cream molds then use can use paper glass or cups and for stick you can use spoon or ice-cream sticks .hold on guys here is something important for you all don't forget to cover the cup with aluminium foil or plastic polythene before freezing it . and substitutes for flavored water are given below in the tips section.


Ingredients- 

ice -cream molds 
7-8 different types of fruits 
1 bottle flavored water or ( 506 tbs of sugar , food color and fragnance )
sugar as per your taste

Mango Popsicle

How to make- 

  • chop all the fruits in the desired size . i prefer to cut them into thin slices so that they can easily accommodated in the ice -cream molds.
  • if you want to make flavored water at home then  take a container add some water about 1 bottle. 
  • now add sugar , food color and fragnance . stir until mixed well. 
  • now add fruits in the ice - cream molds , you can add fruits as per your taste .
  • now pour the flavored water into molds until fill upto more than half part of the mold .
  • now fix the top of mold i.e sticks mold on  and freeze it for 5-6 hours or overnight .
  • serve chilled .

Mixed Fruit Popsicle

Tips- 

  • you can also use condensed milk or cream or yogurt as per your choice , it will enhance the taste of the popsicles . 
  • you can add sugar as per your taste , it is not needed to follow the exact instructions as given , you can change them bit as per your needs , taste and availability of ingredients .
  • you can prepare flavored water at home or can also use many substitutes like orange flavored rashn , tango , rooh afza or any other drink available to you .

This is summer beverage which is prepared  from fresh fruits in this recipe we are preparing . it is one of my favorite summer drink which i prefer to drink as it is fresh , homemade , healthy and refreshing energy drink. it is free from all kinds of food preservatives and food colors , which somewhere or the other harm our body in the long run . do you know i read somewhere in some facts file or magzine or newspaper that artificial food coloring is worst for our body , it degrades many human body cells in long term like artificial yellow color degrades brain cells , similarly it effects other cells too .  it will suggest yo all guys avoid all the artificial drinks , soft drinks and beverages too and try to prepare your favorite one at home . it will be best for you , your health and your family .

Watermelon


for preparing this drink you only need some of the basic ingredients like watermelon , sugar , lemon juice and ice with some mint leaves for servings .Believe me it tastes the best , you must try this at least once . it is my self tested and tried recipe . homemade lemonade is so easy to make and tastes sooooooooo much better than any other drinks you easily get it the stores . summers was made for ice cold lemonade so if you haven't tried one just go for it .this watermelon lemonade is as simple and pure as it gets waters in the mouth whenever you see a yummy dish or eatable before you . you can replace the water with sparkling water or even add a few splashes of vodka if you wish too, like it depends on your taste and choice. 

Ingredients- 

30-40 medium size cubed watermelon pieces 
3 cup cold water
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2/3 cup sugar
ice
mint leave 
lemon slice 

Watermelon Smoothie


How to make- 

  • first add the watermelon to a blender and make thick juice ( avoid the seeds , remove all the seeds before blending ) .
  • pour this juice in a bowl .
  • take another container and add water sugar , lemon juice and sugar . stir well until all the sugar is dissolved .
  • pour the watermelon  juice in  the container and mix well , stir for 3-4 minutes .
  • now refrigerate it for 30-40 minutes .
  • now garnish with some ice , lemon slice and mint leaves and serve chilled .


Tips- 

  • if you watermelon is not available then you can also use melon or some other juice fruits and watery fruits like strawberry and berry etc.
  • you can also use vanilla ice-cream or any other flavor ice-cream for topping , it taste so yummy , please just try once you will definately  love it .

  • if you wish you can also use few tbsp of honey as per your taste and choice , if you like then you can use it .
  • if you wish then you can also store this drink for few days in a container in refrigerator , it taste same as first day. you can also serve this to use friends , guests or enjoy with your family.

it is a type of energy drink which is usually prepared and drinked world wide and it should be after all it is a healthy and traditional drink. you should try it at least once so that you can also experience this amazing , tasty and healthy drink . well , this drink is just a mixture of water , sugar and lemon juice , right said? so keep in mind you don't have to heat the ingredients in any case , you simply have to mix all the ingredients and stir it well , but but but but hold on guys you have to keep in mind that the chronology of mixing or adding the ingredients should be kept in mind , it is a important step and highly effects the taste . the proportions of ingredients can vary , it totally depends on you taste buds like how sweet you like , or how sour yo like or how salty you like the taste of this drink , yes don't be shocked you can also add salt in the drink . the salt can be normal sea salt or black salt. i personally prefer to use black salt since it is good for digestive system. this drink has many health benefits like -

It improves your skin quality
It aids digestion 
It refreshes and energies your breath and body
It helps prevent kidney stones 

Lemonade 

Ingredients- 

1 glass water
1 tbsp sugar or as per your taste 
1/4 tbsp salt / black salt 
2 tbsp lemon juice
few ice cubes

How to make- 

  • first take a glass of water at room temperature ( water at room temperature dissolve the ingredients easily ) and add sugar to it .
  • Stir until dissolved completely . keep the mixture in refregierate for 10-20 minutes for cooling.
  • while the water is heating , take 2-3 lemons and cut them into 2 halves and separate the lemon juice.
  • Keep track of lemon seeds they should not come in the lemon juice.
  • now take the sugar mixture already prepared and add the lemon juice .
  • you can also add salt as per your choice .
  • add few ice cubes as per your need and choice .
  • serve it with sliced lemon .

Nimbu Paani 

Tips- 

  • Prefer to use the black salt instead of daily used white salt. 
  • if you want to make the drink instantly then you can also use the powdered sugar .

It is an Indian short bread or cookie recipe that is made up of all purpose flour , sugar and ghee(butter).it flavored with cardamom powder and nuts .it is a popular street dessert in north India, it is easily available in most of the bakery shops , sweet shops and grocery stores.if you are also fond of desserts then you must also try this one out at least once. make them in bulk and store in airtight container to use and enjoy them for many days and even weeks . its taste doesn't changes on storing it for much time. these are very popular Indian eggless tea time biscuits or snacks kind of biscuits. a melt in the mouth biscuit , with the rich aroma of ghee tinged with notes of cardamom . it is the perfect example of Traditional Indian Desserts. you can also use many powders like almonds , pistachio and cardamom powder etc , they will provide a authentic aroma in the air and the taste in your cookies , we will provide you the easiest and simplest recipe of the biscuit .you can easily make it at your home with just few basic ingredients .

Ingredients- 

3 cup all purpose flour / maida
1/8 tbsp baking powder 
1/8 tbsp baking soda
1.5 cup refined oil / ghee
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup semolina /rava/sooji
1 tbsp cardamom /elaichi powder
2 tbsp almonds powder
2 tbsp pistachios powder

How to make- 

  • first sieve all the dry ingredients like maida , baking powder ,almonds powder , pistachio powder and  baking soda in a bowl and keep aside.
  • take other bowl and mix the ghee and powdered sugar and whisk well for 10-15 minutes gently with light hands until smooth and fluffy.
Nankhatai Biscuit

  • add the sieved flour and other dry ingredients mixture into ghee mixture prepared above and kneed the soft dough.
  • take a baking tray or a or dish and grease it with ghee .
  • divide the dough into small balls and flatten them to shape of cookie and put it in the baking tray with proper distance.
  • take a butter knife and make some cut in the center to make some design .garnish with chopped nuts.
  • preheat the oven at 160 degree celcius and bake the cookies or biscuit for 20-25 minutes until light brown or for 10-15 minutes for white biscuits .
  • if you don/t have oven then you can also use pressure cooker , remove the whistle and rubber .preheat on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  • put some salt in the bottom of cooker and now put the baking tray and bake or 15-20 minutes for light brown cookies and 10-15 minute for white cookies.
  • serve the cookies or store in air tight container.
Nankhataie Cookies

Tips- 

  • sieve the ingredients in a deep bowl so that you can easily make the dough it it ,avoiding any mess.
  • you can also use a few amount of gram flour /besan or you can also add some flour , accordingly adjust the quantity of all purpose flour .
  • keep in mind that the ghee should not be melted , it should have semi solid consistency , with a grainy texture.
  • for mixing the ghee and sugar don't use a mixer or grinder , mix it manually to make it fluffy , smooth and color .
  • while making the dough if you feel the mixture is dry then you can add some tbsp of milk or water , to make the dough of perfect consistency.
  • if almond and pistachio powder is not available then you can skip it , they are not necessary ingredients.

the cookies are used as snacks or desserts also. this is a simple , straight forward , delicious , crunchy cookie recipe. it need only few basic ingredients no other extra ingredients . the most important part ingredient in my prospective is cornstarch gives the cookies that extra soft consistency , we all know know , it help keep the cookies beautifully thick. you should try to use melted butter because it produces the chewble cookies . it make the cookies smooth and greasy and keep some kind of moisture in it. prefer to use brown sugar in your cookies instead of white sugar because the moisture in brown sugar gives an extra soft and chewy cookie. try to use chewy cookie by adding extra egg yolk , it provides richness , softness, smoothness and bounds the dough together. 

Be sure to use a measuring cup made for dry ingredients . there has been some differences in measuring the flour.try to use a lots of chocho chips  or you  can use it as per your choice. most important step is to keep check of cookies , avoid over baking .so that the taste doesn't ruin otherwise you all the effort goes worth . so keep a check on it.cooling of cookies is also a important step you should not over refrigerate it for more than needed time.one of the trick to check that cookie is baked to pinch a pin in the center of the baking cookie , if the pins turns out clear then it is cooked , it the cookies is harden then also it is baked. 

Ingredients- 

1/2 cup white granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp salt
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup all purpose flour /maida
1/2 tbsp baking soda
1 cup chocolate chunks

How to make- 

  • take a bowl and add sugar , salt , butter . mix well ,avoid lumps 
  • take another bowl and add egg , vanilla extract and whisk until 4-5 minutes.
  • now add take a bowl and add flour and baking soda mix well .
  • then combine all the three mixture together and don't over mix , mix gently with a spatula or spoon.
  • kneed a soft dough.
  • fold in the chocolate chunks and chill the dough for 30-40 minutes.
  • preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius . 
  • if you don't have oven then take a pressure cooker and remove the whistle and rubber .
  • put some salt in the bottom of the cooker and pre-heat for 10-15 minutes on medium flame .
  • take a baking tray grease it and put some baking paper.
  • take a small part and flatten it to cookies shape.put it on baking tray .
  • similarly make all the cookies and put it on proper distance .
  • now put the tray in the cooker or oven .
  • bake for 12-15 minutes in oven and for 15-20 minutes in oven until brown.
  • chill and sevrve.

Tips- 

  • prefer to use melted butter rather than unmelted , tough butter it would ruin the consistency of the dough.
  • try to measure the flour acurately , otherwise the measure will be disbalanced and again ruin the consistency of the dough.
  • if available then also use sea salt instead of white daily used salt.
  • if you want you can also add the salt to your taste because maybe my measure could sound you salty .
  • you can also store the cookies for many days.
  • try to store in airtight container , otherwise the will get softened and crunchiness will degrade.

this smoothie is made by raw mangoes ,lemon and some spices. it has a tangy , sour , sweet taste with a pinch of flavor of spices like cardamom , cumin ,chili powder and salt. these spices are best for your taste and health . since they work as good digestive agents for your digestive system , it helps in digestion. it this recipe raw mango pulp is used . mango is cooked by flame burning method. on a gas flame burner mango is directly roasted and and peel is removed . pulp is used. with other ingredients . it can also be boiled and peeled , then pulp could be used . the roasting method gives a smoky flavor which enhances the taste of smoothie .the mixture can be concentrated and stored in the refrigerator and it can be stored for weeks or 30-40 days . its taste doesn't changes remains the same . it has many health benefits like -

Mango Smoothie

Ingredients- 

1 raw mango 
3 cup water 
2 cup mint /pudina leaves 
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tbsp cardamom powder
1/2 tbsp cumin powder 
1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
3/4 tbsp salt(salt to taste)
ice cubes


How to make- 

  • Take a pressure cooker and add the raw mango and 3 cup of water. cook for 6-7 whistles until cooked.
  • you can also roast the raw mango , directly roast the mango on the gas flame until cooked.
  • peel the skin of mango. separate the mango pulp .
  • take a blender and add the pulp , mint leaves and sugar, blend to a smooth paste .

Mango Lemon Smoothie 

  • now add the spices like cardamom powder , cumin powder , salt , black pepper powder. mix well
  • this concentrate is ready you can store it for many days in a air tight container.
  • for making smoothie take a glass and add a tbsp of concentrate , few ice cubes and few drops of lemon juice as per your choice.
  • Serve it chilled.


Tips- 

  • You can also use jaggery and sugarcane juice instead of sugar since these two have more health benefits as compared to sugar.
  • prefer to use raw mango and don't peel before boiling or roasting the mango.
  • you can also add some coriander leaves along with the mint leaves or you can also add some other herbs too.
  • While roasting the mango keep track of mango , avoid to over roast it otherwise mango pulp will be burnt and does not tastes good.
  • You can also use black salt instead of normal white salt , it will add some different taste .

fruit custard is a dessert or sweet dish made by fruits , curd or sauce. it is generally chilled and cold dessert . it is a liquid dish traditionally prepared with curd or yogurt , milk , eggs and fruits . so today am also presenting before you the secret , mesmerizing recipe of custard fruit salad . in this recipe , we are going to make a mix and match of two dishes one is custard and other one is fruit salad . i am going to teach you how to make a egg less custard . you can use the custard powder of any flavors like apple , mango , strawberry , pineapple and berries . so you can use any one or more as per your choice and taste . basically custard powder is available pre-processed . it is made up of corn starch or corn flour ad flavoring agents , some chemicals and preservatives.

Ingredients- 

2 cups milk 
2 tbsp custard powder 
sugar as per you taste
2-3 cups of fruits of your choice 

How to make- 

wash the fruits properly and refrigerate them for 2-3 hours. after 2-3 hours chop them.
heat milk in a pan and add sugar . mix and stir until dissolved.
take a cup and  add custard powder and mix 2-3 tbsp of milk in it . stir until all lumps dissolved.
when the milk boil properly add this mixture and stir for 4-5 minutes. similarly add all the mixture and stir .
keep stirring milk until it turns thick at low flame. for about 10-15 minutes.
turn the flame off and whisk the custard smooth . refrigerate for 1/2 hours .
now take a serving bowl and add the chopped fruits and pour the chilled custard . 
decorate with some chopped dry fruits and nuts .

Custard Fruit salad 

Tips- 

you can also use arrowroot instead of custard powder  since it is also starch . it also fulfill the requirement of  custard powder  in this dish .
use pinch of turmeric powder for yellow color of the custard , or you can also use few drops of yellow eatable color .
You can also use dry milk powder or condensed milk to enhance the taste of custard .
hold on while selecting the fruits for the custard keep in mind to do not use citrus fruits like kiwi , oranges etc .
also avoid the use of grapes and pineapples since they are watery fruits so they can ruin the consistency of custard . 
you can also serve it with vanilla ice-cream , it tastes too good .

Ingredients- 

2 cup boiled potato
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tbsp red chili powder 
salt to taste
oil for frying

How to make- 

  • In a bowl take two cups of boiled potatoes (grated potatoes).
  • add 1/4 cup of bread crumbs , 2 tbsp of corn flour , 1/2 tbsp chili powder and salt to taste.
  • mix all the ingredients well , add more crumbs as per your needs and taste . kneed a dough .


Potato Smiley

  • refrigerate for 30 -40 minutes . now take some portion of dough and make a large ball and roll it using roller slightly thick .
  • cut round circles using cookie cutter  or a glass .
  • make the eyes of smiley using straw and use spoon to make the smiley .
  • deep fry the smiley in the hot oil.until turns brown .
  • you can also brush it with oil and bake it in preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 25 minutes until turns brown and crispy.
  • serve it hot.

Tips

  • you can serve it with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise . 
  • we use corn flour to make the smiles crispy and crunchy .
  • The use of bread crumbs can be as per your choice of crispy needed .

Ingredients-

1 onion sliced 
1 tomato sliced
4 slice cheese
1 tbsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/2 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 buns burger
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 cup coriander leaves chopped
4 leaves lettuce
1/2 cucumber sliced
2 boiled tomato
2 onion chopped
2 carrot chopped
1/2 cup peas 
1/2 cup corn
Cheese Burger

How to make- 

To make burger patty , boil the carrot , peas and corn.take a bowl add the boiled veggies , chili powder , garam masala , chili powder ,salt, ginger paste , lemon juice , mashed potatoes and mix well.
now take small portion and shape into balls then flat patties.
heat oil in pan .roll patties in the breadcrumbs and deep fry until turns brown. keep aside.
take one burger bun cut it into two halves and toast them on non stick pan .
place the patties on top with the slices of onion , tomato ,cucumber , cheese and sauce.
cover with other half of the burger bun. 

Tips- 

You can also use mayonnaise cream instead of cheese.
you can also serve it with french fries.

Ingredients- 

For Dough- 

2 cups all purpose flour/ maida
1 tbsp baking powder
salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
water

For Stuffing- 

2 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp garlic chopped
1/2  cup onion chopped
1cup capsicum chopped
1 cup carrot chopped
1/4 cup peas
1/4 cup corn
salt to taste
4 tbsp pizza sauce/tomato sauce
1/2 cup cheese

Other Ingredients- 

3 tbsp maida/ all purpose flour
oil for frying
water

How to make-

Dough Making- 

  • Take a bowl and add maida , baking powder , salt ,oil and water , kneed the dough.Keep it aside for 1 hour.
  • after 1 hour knead the dough slightly.
Veg puff recipe

Stuffing Making

  • heat a pan and add oil to it.now add garlic ,onion and fry until turns brown.
  • now add capsicum , carrot , peas , corn and salt .fry for a minute .
  • now add water and cover the pan,cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • add pizza sauce and cheese.

Pizza puff making- 

  • divide the dough into two halves and roll the dough slightly thick.
  • cut rectangular pieces with the help of knife.brush the ends with water.
  • take a tbsp of stuffing and place over on half side of sheet.cover the stuffing with other half sheet.
  • press the sides gently and with the help of fork make some impression on the corners of puff.
  • now heat a pan and add oil to it.and deep fry the pizza puffs on low to medium flame. unitl turns brown and serve it.

Tips- 

  • Prefer to use mozzarella cheese.
  • prefer unsalted butter.

1/4 cup any cheese of your choice
2 tbsp chili flakes
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp mixed herbs


How to make- 

Dough making- 

  • In a bowl add milk , yeast and sugar , mix well for 4-5 minutes.
  • now add salt , garlic , oregano , butter and all purpose floor and kneed the dough.
  • now coat the dough with oil and rest for 2-3 hours.

Garlic Breadsticks Recipe

Garlic Bread Making- 

  • now after 2 hours kneed the dough for 2 minutes.
  • in a bowl mix butter , garlic and coriander leaves and spread it over the dough evenly.
  • top it with the chili flakes , oregano and  cheese of your choice on half of the dough .
  • now fold the dough and seal the edges.brush or top it with the chili flakes , oregano and butter garlic paste again.
  • make cuts marks over the bread , by avoiding cutting it fully.
  • Bake it in preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes .
  • if you dont have oven so bake it in pan you can get this full pan baking formula in my previous recipes(Bread pizza recipe)do check it there.
  • cut and serve the bread with sauce or cheese dippings.

Tips-

  • Prefer to use mozzarella cheese if not available then use any cheese.
  • Prefer to use dry yeast and unsalted butter .




Veg cutlet recipe , vegetable cutlet recipe

Veg cutlet Recipe-

Ingredients-

Cutlet recipe
1 cup potatoes chopped
1/2 cup french beans chopped
1/2 cup carrot chopped
1/2 cup cabbage chopped
1/2 cup onion chopped
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp all purpose floor/maida
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup all purpose floor + 3/4 cup water( mixture)
bread crumbs
oil for frying 

How to make-

  • heat oil in a pan and add onions fry intill brown, now add potatoes , french beans , carrots and cabbage and mix. cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  • add the salt , chilli powder , turmeric powder and plain flour,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • mashes the mixture and let it cool.divide it in small balls and make desired shape.

    Cutlet Recipe

  • dip each cutlet in prepared mixture of flour and water and roll it in bread crumbs till evenly coated with it.
  • heat the oil in frying pan and deep-fry all the cutlets untill golden brwon and serve it.


Tips-

  • Serve it with tomato ketchup and sauce.
  • you can also use dipping cream.

Oreo smoothie Recipe-


Oreo Shake \ oreo smoothie

Ingredients-

3 cup vanilla ice cream 
1/2 cup milk 
2 tbsp half-and half (fat free milk)
1/2 cup crusded oreo( or as per your choice)

How to make-

  • Take a bowl and combine the vanilla cream , half-and-half and 1/4 cup of oreos(or the half the quantity of you have taken) and blend untill smooth.

  • Add the rest of the oreos and stir. pack it with some aluminium foil or plastic sheet to avoid crystalisation.

  • now refrigrate it for 2-3 hours and  Serve with straws ,spoons and oreo crunches.

Oreo Shake 

Tips-

  • You can also add some tbsp of condensed milk.
  • you can also use some chocochips for decorations.
  • you can also serve it with some ice cream topping on it.
