Bread Pizza Recipe - 

Pizza Bread Recipe 

Ingredients-

For Pizza sauce -

¼ cup tomato sauce 
1 tsp chilli sauce 
½ tsp chilli flakes 
½ tsp mixed herbs

Other Ingredients-

4 slice bread
1/2 cup capsicum chopped
1/2 cup tomato chopped
1 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup sweet corn 
1/2 cup olives chopped 
1/2 cup jalapeno chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese  grated
4 tbsp chilli flakes 
4 tbsp mixed herbs
butter 

How to make -

1. take a bowl and add  ¼ cup tomato sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, ½ tsp chilli flakes and ½ tsp mixed herbs. and  mix well. Now pizza sauce is ready. keep aside. 

2. take a bread slice and spread 2 tsp of prepared pizza sauce.top with few capsicum, tomato, onion, sweet corn, olives and jalapeno.
3. also spread some mozzarella cheese at last at the top of slice.and finally toast it .

Tips- 


  1. You can usse any bread like white or brown bread .
  2. You can also use readymade pizza sause instead of making pizza sauce . so you can skip pizza sauce making step .
  3. You can use any cheese of your choice .

About - 

Tornado potatoes also called twist potatoes or tornado fries, are a popular street food in south korea ,originally developed by Jeong Eun Suk of Agricultural Hoeori Inc. It is a deep fried spiral-cut whole potato on a skewer, brushed with various seasonings such as onion, cheese, or honey. Some varieties have spliced sausages in between.

Ingredients -


  • 2 medium potatoes
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup cheese (grated) ( some for serving also)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt to taste 
  • parsley (chopped)

Potato tornado
  • How to make - 
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 325ºF (160ºC).
  • 2. Microwave the potatoes for 1-1 ½ minutes, then leave in the microwave for a few minutes to cool down and soften. Insert a wooden skewer into the bottom of each potato and gently push it all the way through the top. cutting all the way down to the skewer. Even spiral all the way down the potato.
  • 3. Gently fan out each potato down the length of the skewer, until you have even gaps between the slices. Brush the melted butter all over the potatoes.
  • 4.In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Place each skewered potato over the bowl and sprinkle half of the spice mixture over each potato until they are entirely coated. 
  • 5.Carefully set the potatoes on a baking pan, letting the skewers rest on sides of the pan so that the potatoes are suspended.
  • 6.Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until nicely browned. Garnish with additional Parmesan and parsley. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  • 7. Serve it.

Tips -


  • Serve it with ketchup or sause. You can also use chat masala for flavouring.

One of the most favourite Indian dessert, made quickly and easily with just a few ingredients.A perfect dish to cook up for the festival or just about a tasty dessert to have after a meal.

Ingredients -

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 100 Gram Sewai
  • 25 Gram Cashew nuts
  • 25 Gram Almond
  • 25 Gram Raisins
  • 600 Ml Milk
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 5 Green cardamom cloves
  • A pinch of Saffron

How To make - 

1.
  1. In a pan, fry butter and sewai together.
  2. Add cashew nuts, almonds and raisins into it. Fry them together.
  3. In a different pan, boil milk, sugar and smashed green cardamoms.
  4. Add the fried sewai mix into the milk pan. Combine ingredients together and add saffron.
  5. Add a little extra milk to loosen the dish, towards the end.
  6. Serve it hot .

  • Use full cream milk for better taste . 
  • Use condensed milk for sweetening of dish .


Banana Chips | chips | homemade | spicy and crispy

Banana chips Recipe-

About- 

Banana chips originated in India are dried , generally crispy slices of bananas(fruits of plants of soft dessert) . They can be covered with sugar or honey and have a sweet taste , or are more commonly fried in oil and spices and have a salty or spicy taste. 

Banana Chips


Banana chips are similar to chifle , usually made from firmer , starchier fruit varieties of the genus Musa commercially called plantains or cooking "bananas ".

Ingredients -



  •  2 large raw banana
  •  1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 4 cup water
  • coconut oil for frying

How to make - 

step 1 - peel the skin of raw banana
step 2 - peel off the skin completely. grease the hand with oil .   
step 3 -  now slice to medium thickness.
step 4 - transfer to a  bowl and add 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp turmeric. 
step 5 - pour 4 cup water and give a good stir. adding turmeric helps to give a bright yellow colour to chips. 
step 6 - drain off the water completely. 
step 7 - now deep fry in hot coconut oil. make sure to spread and drop into the oil to avoid sticking from each other. 
step 8 - stir occasionally, and fry on medium flame. 
step 9 - fry for 10-12 minutes or until it turns crisp yet not turn golden brown. 

Banana Chips

step 10 - drain off over kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
step 11 - enjoy banana chips or store in an airtight container for a month.

Tips -


  • Keep the thickness medium not too thick nor too thin otherwise it will not be cooked well.
  • Do not use excess amount of turmeric.
  • Prefer to use raw banana.

About - 

Molten Chocolate is a popular dessert that combines with the elements of a flourless chocolate cake and a souffle. Its name derives from the dessert's liquid chocolate center , and it is also known as chocolate moelleux , chocolate lava cake  or lava cake . It should not be confused with chocolate fondant , a recipe that contains little flour , but instead a lot of chocolate and butter , hence melting on the plate . 

Ingredients - 

·        ½ cup maida / all purpose flour
·        ¼ cup cocoa powder 
·        ¼ tsp of salt
·        ½ cup powdered sugar 
·        ¼ tsp baking soda
·        1 tsp vanilla essence
·        ½ tsp baking powder
·        12 chocolate pieces
·        ¼ cup refined oil / butter
·        ¾ cup milk
·        4 small paper cups 

How to make - 

step 1-  Mix  ½ cup maida ,  ¼ cup cocoa powder, ½ cup powdered sugar, ¼  tsp baking soda, ½ tsp baking powder ,pinch of salt ,1 tsp vanilla extract and ¼ cup oil / butter.

step 2- add half cup milk and combine with the help of whisk.gradually add more milk until batter is well combined and smooth.


step 3- make sure to get flowing consistency cake grease the paper cups  or aluminium moulds with butter and dust with cocoa powder. 

step 4- pour the batter to ¾ of the the prepared moulds.also place in 3 chocolate pieces in centre of each cup.
Lava cake 


step 5-  with the help of spoon, gently push the chocolate pieces inside and cover with batter. preheat and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degree celsius or 350 degree fahrenheit.

step 6- If u don’t have oven then preheat a cooker or covered pan with some salt in bottom  for 10-15 min , remove the whistle .then bake  the cake for 15-20 min at medium flame.  
step 7- allow it to cool for about 5 minutes before removing.  now scrape the sides with a knife and invert onto plate, pat gently. Serve it .

Tips - 


  • Add pinch of fruit salt to make it more fluffy.
  • Avoid lumbs in batter , to make cake the smooth and perfect. 
  • you can also use vanilla essence for more fragnane . 

Pancakes | Recipe | homemade | mouth Watering

Pancakes Recipe-

A pancake or hotcake or griddlecake or flapjack is a flat cake , often thin and round , prepared from a starch-based batter that may contain eggs , milk and butter and cooked on a hot surface such as a frying pan or griddle , often frying with oil or butter. Archaeological evidence suggests that pancakes were probably the earliest and most widespread cereal food eaten in prehistoric societies . The pancake's shape and structure varies worldwide.

Ingredients - 

Pancakes
  •        1 cup milk
  •         1 egg
  •         2 tsp vegetable oil
  •         1 cup all-purpose flour
  •         2 tsp powdered sugar
  •         1 tsp baking powder
  •         1/4 tsp salt
  •          Powdered sugar (decoration)

How to make-

step 1- Place the milk , egg and oil in a container . then add the flour, sugar , baking powder and salt.

step 2-  seal the container and shake it vigorously for at least 2 minutes.

step 3- Set the batter side for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat a large pan or non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

step 4- Add 1 tsp of oil to the pan. Add 2 tsp portions of the batter to the pan, cooking 3-4 at a time as per your conveince and size of  pan.

step 5- Cook on the first side until bubbles appear on the surface, the edges begin to look dry , and rest middle portion is golden - brown for about 2-3 minutes.

Pancakes recipe


step 6-  Flip the pancakes. cook until the second sides are golden-brown, for about 4-5 minutes more. 

step 7- Transfer to a warm plate. similarly cook more pancakes.

step 8- decorate it as per your choice. 


tips -


  • you can use powdered sugar and chopped fruits  for decorating it.
  • you can also use tuti-fruiti  jellies , nuts and chocholate syrup for deocration .
  • you can refrigerate the pancakes in an airtight container for upto 5 dyas - upto 2 months .

2 Cup maida/all purpose flour
3 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar (powdered)
1 egg
1 cup milk(full cream)
1/4 cup oil(refined)/butter
flavouring material as per your choice (nuts , cashews , almonds, etc)


How to make - 

  • Step 1 -  Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl. 
  • step 2 - take a bowl and stir egg , oil and milk well. add it to flour mixture prepared above.
  • Step 3 - stir the mixture well with a fork , do not beat it . avoid lumps. 
  • step 4 - now it depends on flavour- 
  •      
  •     if you want to make strawberry muffins then add 1 cup fresh strawbeeries 
  •     if you want to make raisin muffins then add 1 cup of finely chopped rasinis.
  •     if you want to make mango muffins then add 1 cup of finely chopped mango(pulp).
  •     if you want to make cheeses muffins then add 1 cup of grated yellow cheese.
  •     if you want to make bacon muffins then add 1./4 cup of cooked bacon(finely chopped).
  •     if you want to make dry fruits muffins then add 1 cup of finely chopped nuts.
  • so you can add flavour as per your choice.

  • step 5 - Now pour the batter in the baking dish or paper cups or aluminium moulds (homemade).

  • step 6- preheat the oven at 205 degree C.

Muffins


  • step 7- if you don't have oven then you can use cooker or any covered pot. put some salt in the pot and preheat for 15-20 min at medium flame .

  • step 8- Now put baking stand in pot and put the batter for baking . And bake it for 15 mins at medium-low  flame.

  • step 9- Now decorate and serve it.

Tips-

  • Use powdered sugar and chochips for decorating.
  • keep track of the dry ingredients before using them once sieve them properly.
  • You can also use dark chocolate chunks and chocolate syrup for decorating and granishing the muffins.
  • You can also add fruit syrup of you choice or chopped fruits while baking the muffins , to give them extra touch of taste.
