chicken kebab Recipe -

The taste of spicy from the streets of lucknow  i.e. the nawabi taste with the desi tadka of spices .

Ingredients - 

2 cup keema (minced chicken)
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp fenugreek leaves, chopped
1/2 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 tbsp ginger paste
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1/4 tbsp garam masala
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
1 tbsp green chillies, finely chopped
Skewers to make the kebabs
Oil 
chaat masala
lemon 

How to make -

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix lamb mince with few Tbsp of vinegar, fenugreek leaves.
  •         2. Then add garlic paste, ginger paste, salt and black pepper as per taste.
  • 3.Add chopped coriander leaves and green chillies.
  • 4.Refrigerate the meat mixture, covered, to marinate for at least 5 hours.
  • 5. About 25 minutes before serving, shape the meat mixture into long 'tubes' around the skewers (seekhs) and place on to a grill over a drip tray or into the pre-heated oven (also on a drip tray) and bake for 20-25 minutes.

  • 6.Brush them with oil and cook for another 2 minutes.

  • 7.Using oven mittens or a cloth, carefully push the kebab from one end, on to a serving dish.

  • 8. Garnish with the chaat masala, onions, lemons and serve along with green chutney.

TIps- 



  • Serve it with homemade chutney .
  • Use fresh paste of Spices for better taste .

About - 

 A delicious Indian dessert made with Vermicelli, cooked in milk and dry fruits. A quintessential festival recipe, sewai or seviyaan is made in every household on the occasion of Eid. One of the most favourite Indian dessert, made quickly and easily with just a few ingredients.A perfect dish to cook up for the festival or just about a tasty dessert to have after a meal.

Ingredients -

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 100 Gram Sewai
  • 25 Gram Cashew nuts
  • 25 Gram Almond
  • 25 Gram Raisins
  • 600 Ml Milk
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 5 Green cardamom cloves
  • A pinch of Saffron

How To make - 

1.
  1. In a pan, fry butter and sewai together.
  2. Add cashew nuts, almonds and raisins into it. Fry them together.
  3. In a different pan, boil milk, sugar and smashed green cardamoms.
  4. Add the fried sewai mix into the milk pan. Combine ingredients together and add saffron.
  5. Add a little extra milk to loosen the dish, towards the end.
  6. Serve it hot .
