Veg cutlet Recipe-
Ingredients-
Cutlet recipe |
1 cup potatoes chopped
1/2 cup french beans chopped
1/2 cup carrot chopped
1/2 cup cabbage chopped
1/2 cup onion chopped
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp all purpose floor/maida
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup all purpose floor + 3/4 cup water( mixture)
bread crumbs
oil for frying
How to make-
- heat oil in a pan and add onions fry intill brown, now add potatoes , french beans , carrots and cabbage and mix. cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- add the salt , chilli powder , turmeric powder and plain flour,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- mashes the mixture and let it cool.divide it in small balls and make desired shape.
- dip each cutlet in prepared mixture of flour and water and roll it in bread crumbs till evenly coated with it.
- heat the oil in frying pan and deep-fry all the cutlets untill golden brwon and serve it.
Tips-
- Serve it with tomato ketchup and sauce.
- you can also use dipping cream.
